We offer shipping using one of the following services: USPS Priority, USPS Priority Express, UPS and/or DHL.

Rush/priority service may be granted on a case by case status, with associated fees. Please keep in mind that we personally cannot guarantee delivery dates as those will be up to the shipping carrier once it leaves our hands. We may, however, be able to process your order quicker if desired. Please contact us for more information about the possibility of a faster processing and for "Priority Service" fees.

We now offer a $35 flat rate fee on all international orders! No matter how large or the weight, we try to save our international supporters a little bit by offering this flat-rate pricing. Please know that this does not cover any additional fees and/or taxes that are to be collected solely by the delivered location's country.

International transit times vary depending on the shipping carrier and customs clearance. The offered DHL service will have your package landing in the destination country within 2-3 business days. Please note, however, it may take additional business days before your package is ready to be delivered due to your country's customs clearance processing. Please keep this in mind if ordering as a gift(s) to allow enough time for any unforeseen delays.

We unfortunately cannot anticipate or calculate what the destination country will charge for their own regulated customs fees and taxes. These additional fees are NOT collected by Magick Moods. These fees are required for the release of your package. You are responsible for covering any associated fees that your country has calculated. Any package returned back to us due to refusal to pay customs fees/taxes will be subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be taken out from your refund.

For lost packages: Please check your tracking number. Sometimes, it may take an additional business day or two to successfully show up after the delivered scan. If it is marked as "delivered" but has not reached your home, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. After packages leave our hands, we unfortunately only know as much as can be seen from the tracking updates. Local postage carriers will definitely provide better assistance since they are the ones handling packages.

For ALL orders, if your tracking code shows delayed/no recent activity, you may contact us to initiate an investigation. All packages are insured unless it states that the shipping carrier has either successfully delivered or has attempted to deliver the package.

For damaged items: Contact us immediately within 5 business days of receiving your package with photos of the outside packaging and product damage. Replacements and/or refunds will only be processed if you have contacted us within 5 business days AND have sent us photos of the damage. We'll make sure to take care of your order afterwards.

Our orders ship out in a "gift-ready" form and are suitable to ship directly to the gift recipient. If you are interested in actual gift wrapping our products, please contact us for more details and gift wrapping costs.

There is a note section in your "cart" page where any custom note can be added to any order. If this is a gift, please include the "to" and "from". All notes will be typed, printed and included within a personalized envelope. If a note is added, we will also omit an order invoice within the package.

Yes! Please let us know as soon as possible to ensure that we are aware of this change. You may contact us using our contact form or by emailing info@magickmoods.com. Once a package has been shipped, we cannot make any changes on the delivery address.

Emails are sent within each step of your order process. Once you have successfully submitted an order with us, you will receive a order confirmation email. If you did not receive the order confirmation, please check your spam folder to see if it travelled there by mistake. If it is nowhere to be found, you may contact us using our contact form so that we can resend an order confirmation over to you. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email that includes your order's tracking number. Please refer to this code for all of your shipping updates. In this email you will be able to sign up for text notifications of your shipping information as well.

If a candle is marked as sold out, this candle is no longer available. You will have to wait until we are able to restock it again. Please refer to the next question if you are wondering when a candle will be back in stock.

There is no schedule when any candle will be posted. Our candles are only released during special restock updates and typically just one type at a time. We make our candles in small batches and release them in very limited quantities to ensure the same quality, time and care goes into each candle. To make it fair, they are first come first served. If you do not see a candle in the shop anymore, it has sold out. 

Signing up for our newsletter gives you exclusive access to candle announcements and VIP early access to preorders. It may take a few weeks or even months before you see the same candle cycle back around so make sure to sign up to receive our newsletters as this gives you the best chance of reserving the candle you want.

To keep things fair, we can’t allow any extra early priority for candle orders. The best way to take a candle home is to subscribe to our newsletter where we provide early private VIP access to those on our mailing list. (You get first dibs!)

Our meditation candles are not scented. While we do dress our candles with essential oils, this is for their associated energies and metaphysical properties. These are created to be used as spiritual tools so our focus remains on the energy versus a scent throw. Any offered scented candles will have the fragrance notes listed in its description.

Currently, our 7-day meditation candles are made with paraffin wax. We have considered and are exploring other candle wax options but have yet to find a supplier for a truly "clean" and cost-efficient choice. Burning our candles is not much different than the typical candles found at most stores. That being said, we must reiterate again that these candles are meant to be used as spiritual tools versus for decor/aesthetics. All candle burning is safe given the usage of common safety measures within a well-ventilated space, however if you have any major health concerns with burning a paraffin candle then we guide you to make the best decision for your own health.

Please note: ALL soy-wax candles in the market are made with paraffin in their blend. We mention this because we have had requests for switching over to soy wax. Many do not know and are not disclosed about the fact that soy-wax is actually a blend with paraffin as an ingredient. We have found that soy wax providers can be very deceiving with their claims and origins so we have refrained from a full line swap at this time. While the topic can be debatable, and borderline political, we have chosen this stance as this is what our research has shown thus far. Please feel free to further research the subject for yourself to better understand candle sciences.

The short answer is, no. All of our candles have taken weeks and sometimes months to develop due to the thorough and extensive research we put into each one. Because of this, we cannot create custom candles for each individual.

However, please feel free to send us a message through our contact form to let us know more about your situation and/or suggestions for some candle intents you would like to see. Despite the various differences in backgrounds, we all share many similar human experiences. Chances are, the type of help you are looking for is one that many probably need as well. We approach each story with the utmost care and respect so thank you for sharing and allowing us the space within your heart to help.

With each of our candles, they will arrive with their own info sheet that describes its energy and how to use it. Please don’t feel scared or intimidated. Our candles definitely have a welcoming vibe and are here to try to help you on your path.

While our candles are labeled as traditional "7-day candles", this is more so a suggested/general rule of thumb to the duration of the burn. Candles can burn much faster or slower and it will all depend on the specific surrounding energies. This can vary depending on the person, candle intent, environment, situation and more. If your candle lasts longer than 7 days, this typically symbolizes that the energy around the candle is working through some stagnant energy and possible obstacles. These obstacles may be hidden or ones that you have already anticipated. Do not try to rush your candle in any way. Let it burn until it has finished itself. This is not necessarily a "bad sign" as this candle is a tool and is trying to help you push forth through whatever situation you may be going through. We believe candles themselves offer signs and symbols that tell us more about the situation we are burning the candle for. This is why we suggest in our included instructions to allow your candle to burn straight through so that you can visually see differences in how your candle burns, especially if burning multiples of the same type.

Yes. Permission will always be given to repost any of our photos, videos and/or screenshot games. We simply ask that our intellectual property not be stolen while doing so. If credit is removed in any way, your account will be subject to a copyright infringement strike.

To repost video material, you must download a reposting app in your phone's app store. Please do not remove our watermark or alter our posts. A lot of time and energy is put into all of our posts, especially our screenshot games, to try to bring positive energy to everyone around. Permission will always be given to repost, we simply ask that our intellectual property not be stolen while doing so. If credit is removed in any way, your account will be subject to a copyright infringement strike.

No returns. All Sales are final. 

As an independent metaphysical boutique, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds due to the nature of our products. However, if there are any issues with missing packages and/or damage we will definitely work with you in resolving this in partnership with the shipping carrier. If problems such as these occur, please notify us immediately within 5 business days upon delivery with photos of damage so that we can help find the best solution.

If your package is returned to us due to nondelivery/failure to pick up, there will be additional fees associated with refunds or redelivery. Refunds associated with unclaimed/return to sender packages will reflect total order amount minus original shipping costs that were paid to send your package. If you would like to have your package redelivered, you will have to cover the additional shipping costs.

For any cancellations or alterations, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has surpassed this time frame and/or has been marked as shipped, no cancellations or changes can be made.

While we love that you are interested in visiting a physical location, we are currently online-only and can only process orders from our website. We ship out every order, including ones to local addresses. Being an online shop means we're open 24/7 at least!
