There is no schedule when any candle will be posted. Our candles are only released during special restock updates and typically just one type at a time. We make our candles in small batches and release them in very limited quantities to ensure the same quality, time and care goes into each candle. To make it fair, they are first come first served. If you do not see a candle in the shop anymore, it has sold out. 

Signing up for our newsletter gives you exclusive access to candle announcements and VIP early access to preorders. It may take a few weeks or even months before you see the same candle cycle back around so make sure to sign up to receive our newsletters as this gives you the best chance of reserving the candle you want.

With each of our candles, they will arrive with their own info sheet that describes its energy and how to use it. Please don’t feel scared or intimidated. Our candles definitely have a welcoming vibe and are here to try to help you on your path.

The short answer is, no. All of our candles have taken weeks and sometimes months to develop due to the thorough and extensive research we put into each one. Because of this, we cannot create custom candles for each individual.

However, please feel free to send us a message through our contact form to let us know more about your situation and/or suggestions for some candle intents you would like to see. Despite the various differences in backgrounds, we all share many similar human experiences. Chances are, the type of help you are looking for is one that many probably need as well. We approach each story with the utmost care and respect so thank you for sharing and allowing us the space within your heart to help.

While our candles are labeled as traditional "7-day candles", this is more so a suggested/general rule of thumb to the duration of the burn. Candles can burn much faster or slower and it will all depend on the specific surrounding energies. This can vary depending on the person, candle intent, environment, situation and more. If your candle lasts longer than 7 days, this typically symbolizes that the energy around the candle is working through some stagnant energy and possible obstacles. These obstacles may be hidden or ones that you have already anticipated. Do not try to rush your candle in any way. Let it burn until it has finished itself. This is not necessarily a "bad sign" as this candle is a tool and is trying to help you push forth through whatever situation you may be going through. We believe candles themselves offer signs and symbols that tell us more about the situation we are burning the candle for. This is why we suggest in our included instructions to allow your candle to burn straight through so that you can visually see differences in how your candle burns, especially if burning multiples of the same type.
