Shipping Policy


To ensure your safety, we ship using signature confirmation, unless you choose otherwise. With package theft on the rise, we cover the extra costs to avoid any possibilities that your package can be stolen before it reaches you. Please note, your package cannot be delivered if there is no one present to sign for it. If you're away during the delivery attempt, you may reschedule by using your tracking number on the website, calling your local postal service, or following the information given to you on your missed delivery notice.

Please make sure to receive your package before USPS/UPS/FEDEX/DHL/etc returns it back to us. If your package is returned to us due to unclaimed/returned to sender, there will be additional fees associated with refunds or redelivery. Refunds associated with unclaimed/returned to sender packages will reflect total order amount minus original shipping costs that were paid to send your package. If you would like to have your package redelivered, you will have to cover the additional shipping costs.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders will be shipped using standard shipping methods with either USPS or UPS, unless an express method is chosen at checkout. Every order comes with FREE signature confirmation, for your package’s safety. You will receive a shipment notification email with tracking once the order has been shipped out.


Please allow up to 3 weeks (excluding holidays and weekends) for your candle order(s) to be processed and shipped. We always try to get them out sooner, but each candle is made to order. Multiple orders will be combined within one shipment. Candle orders within the United States ship free with signature confirmation. 


Orders placed for USPS Priority Express service are subject to the normal processing times associated for each order (up to 3 weeks for candles, or 1-3 business days for all other orders). Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and depends on local delivery carriers.


We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority with signature confirmation.


We understand the high costs associated with international shipping. While we apologize for this, these are rates given to us by our local carriers. Profits from shipping are never made and/or kept by us. We are constantly on the look out for more cost friendly postage so please check back periodically to see if anything changes. As a small business, we are limited in the shipping discounts that are mainly offered to larger, high sale volume companies. If/when we are offered lower prices, we will always reflect that in our shop.


All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Magick Moods.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package, and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

International returns initiated due to refusal to pay duties and taxes will be subject to a $10 restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund amount.
